A rare signed edition!
Herzog, who lost most of his fingers and toes on the climb,
signs his books with great difficulty.
The dust jacket is in Fair-Good shape. This is the US Edition - 3rd printing in 1953.
The book was first published in 1952 in France, the UK and the USA.
This is one of the best selling mountaineering books of all time, recently surpassed by Jon Krakauer and Joe Simpson. |
